St. Clair Township office is located in Swansea, IL but we serve residents in unincorporated St. Clair County as far East as Green Mt Rd and as far West as Diane Drive/ Highland Hills area in Belleville. We provide General Assistance, road maintenance, operate a sewer plant servicing approximately 5,700 accounts and we maintain and operate 2 parks (Centennial & Loop Creek).
Additional services added in recent years include an electrical aggregation program, monthly Metal & Electronics Recycle Drive, a Yard Waste Drop-Off site and a Park Educational Program.
